It's certainly one of the better apartments available to rent in Collioure & is in excellent decorative order.
Parking is provided for a small to medium size car in a private garage below the apartment.
The swimming pool is in use from 1 June until the end of September.
The apartment is fully equipped for year round living with modern electric heating. Security is very good and there is a resident caretaker.
Please note that the apartment is on the second floor of the building which is accessed by an outside set of steps. There is no lift or disabled access.
